Broadcom takes over Symantec Enterprise Business
Official letter written by Broadcom regarding the acquisition of Symantec Enterprise Business:
Dear Customer,
As you may have heard, Broadcom has taken over the Symantec Enterprise Business from November 4th, and going forward will be your vendor for Enterprise Security Solutions you previously procured from Symantec.
We are currently experiencing some backlog in the processing of maintenance renewals but rest assured: your business continuity is at the top of our priority list!
Therefore, we are happy to announce that any maintenance or subscription licenses expiring from the 1st of October 2019 up until the 31st of January 2020, will be extended to the 31st of January 2020 – no action required from your side.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Symantec Software partner of choice.
