Delivery

The ordered products offered by BMG Data are delivered by Speedy courier (or another courier specified by the Customer) to the address specified by the recipient. For this purpose, the recipient should provide accurate information about the address to which the products should be delivered in the address field in the online form provided for this.

The products are in their original sealed packaging by the manufacturer.

The cost of delivery is calculated in the Order. When ordering over BGN 700 with VAT included, delivery is at the expense of BMG Data. For more information, see Terms and Conditions.

When will my order arrive?
Upon completion of the order, you will receive a bill of lading number and you can monitor the order status of your order on Speedy’s website (only if the shipment is sent with Speedy).
Standard delivery deadline is up to 5 business days after processing your order. We strive to be as quick as possible and usually deliver within 24 hours.

Most products offered by BMG Data are delivered electronically – by sending a download link and a product key from the manufacturer. This type of delivery is extremely fast and takes place immediately after processing your payment.
